Breakfast-- 3 pancakes with sugar free syrup and margarine
Lunch-- whopper jr (no cheese, no mayo), fries and diet coke from BK, also half a package of DD's apple fries
Dinner-- 2 helpings of green beans, potatoes and sausage that was stewed all day long in the crockpot and ruby splash sierra mist
Snack-- spoonful of frosting
Water-- 20oz so far, but I am catching up
Exercise-- NONE
Thoughts & Feelings-- I was soooooooo busy today and was not able to work out. This is the first day this has happened in a very long time and I am not happy about it. I don't like not working out 2 days in one week, especially since I'm leaving at the end of the week for 9 days and don't know how much I'm going to be able to work out when I am gone. Plus it was my workout at the gym that I missed today..if I had to miss a workout, i'd rather it be my non-gym day workout. Plus, we had 2 options for lunch and the healthy option's credit card machine wasn't working and we don't carry cash.
