Exercise-- 1.42 mile on elliptical

Thoughts & Feelings-- DH was on vacation last week so I slacked super major. Now its time to get my butt in gear and lose this weight!

Breakfast--special K, skim milk, 2 slices 7 grain toast
Snack--protein bar
Lunch--turkey sandwich on 7 grain bread, chili cheese fritos
Snack--none, took a nap instead
Dinner--hot dog with fat free mayo and cheese, 1/2 bag chips
Snack--1/2 cup ice cream

Water--96 ounces

Exercise--Warm up--10 minutes on treadmill, .414 miles; Weights--legs, 40 minutes; Cardio--Treadmill, 30 minutes, 1.5 miles

Thoughts & Feelings--

Breakfast-- eggs and 3 slices bacon
Snack-- fiber one bar, half an apple
Lunch-- chinese. yes. i know.
Snack-- half a suasage cheese roll, 90 cal granola bar
Dinner-- boiled shrimp, salad, and corn
Snack--

Water-- 10 glasses(800)

Exercise-- 1 mile walk and to the park to play

Thoughts & Feelings-- hating being on af, i am so snacky and bloated

Breakfast--2 whole wheat applesauce waffles w/strawberries, light syrup, and powdered sugar, oj
Snack--none
Lunch--light creamed tuna and peas over 2 small biscuits, potato salad
Snack--frozen grapes
Dinner--whole wheat calzone w/turkey pepperoni, spinach, and mushrooms, green beans, skim milk
Snack--2 cups oil popped popcorn, 3 Hershey's miniatures

Water--at least 96 ounces

Exercise--NONE (Right when I was going to do it, Gabe woke up from his long nap finally and was hungry. I will try and get in 2 workouts everyday this week or almost everyday anyway.)

Thoughts & Feelings--I was up 1/2 pound from yesterday, but we had a cookout Easter last night. It could have been worse.

Breakfast-- 3 pancakes with sugar free syrup and margarine

Lunch-- whopper jr (no cheese, no mayo), fries and diet coke from BK, also half a package of DD's apple fries

Dinner-- 2 helpings of green beans, potatoes and sausage that was stewed all day long in the crockpot and ruby splash sierra mist

Snack-- spoonful of frosting

Water-- 20oz so far, but I am catching up

Exercise-- NONE

Thoughts & Feelings-- I was soooooooo busy today and was not able to work out. This is the first day this has happened in a very long time and I am not happy about it. I don't like not working out 2 days in one week, especially since I'm leaving at the end of the week for 9 days and don't know how much I'm going to be able to work out when I am gone. Plus it was my workout at the gym that I missed today..if I had to miss a workout, i'd rather it be my non-gym day workout. Plus, we had 2 options for lunch and the healthy option's credit card machine wasn't working and we don't carry cash.
