hey guys - I'm finally back - was gone for a while. We were having all kinds of computer problems at work and I just don't have time usually at night so they finally fixing all the loose ends with the new computer stuff going on so I should be back to posting in a day or two.

I'm still on my journey and have made it to 135 - but no further and now it's time for AF to arrive. I'll try to catch up on posts and get back into the swing of things! Great to see how well everyone is doing

ahh.. there you are Kat 135 ! awesome... i shot back up to 140lbs with this new program i'm following.. we'll see how next week pans out.
