Hi
My weigh in today was the heaviest I have ever been in my life. (Not including being pregnant) It was 193.
I want to lose as much weight that I can, with a total around 60 pounds now.

Hi girls!!

My weigh in today was 199, I think. I did post a pic.
My goals for the month are to lose at least 10 lbs and keep doing my treadmill every day while trying to add in some situps or something to tighten the stomach.

My ultimate goal is to be down to between 140-150. If I can get lower than that I'd be happy with that to.

Hello, Hello.

My name is Marissa

My goal is to continue working out 5 days a week.
My schedule want to maintain is -
Monday - Legs *
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Back*
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Arms*
*Weight Training

I weigh 175lbs.
My Goal weight dates are:
May 31st 170lbs
June 30th 165lbs
August 31st 160lbs*
October 31st 155lbs*
* I have never lost weight past 165lbs so, I know these two weight goals will be a challenge.

For this challenge I would like to work on eating healthy and using portion control.

I weighed in @ 187.6 this morning. My weight before getting pregnant last time was 178 or so. I'd been losing weight before getting preggo too. I think I can lose 6 lbs this challenge.

I forgot to add that yesterday I weighed myself at school [not my normal scale]and I weighed 170.

How are you all doing on eating and exercise? I am almost always okay with both. I am super motivated, but I just have to be careful with breastfeeding that I get enough calories and water. I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1 and Ab Jam yesterday. Today I did a 30 min walk/jog around my backyard, and I also did 45 min exercise bike/jog while watching BL tonight.

I have been doing more exercising then normal. I dont have the proper foods in the house right now so the diet is not going as well as I would like it to. Lots of mac n chz... Payday is Friday so I will be able to start a better eating plan then.

I am fairly good about exercising. I haven't been in the gym since Friday, but thats because Ive been sick. I plan on going to the gym today. I have a hard time with food though, I never seem to have enough time to make dinner or plan for lunch.

I am doing great with exercise so far. 50 mins in the afternoon and 50 minutes in the evening on my treadmill. I also just got a Wii fit and I am getting in about 40 minutes a day on it.
As for eating, some days are easier than others. I didn't realize until starting this journal that sodium was bad when you had too much of it. So, I am not eating a whole lot, just enough to satisfy without going over about 1000 calories or so.

Bobbi--Make sure you're getting at least 1200 cals/day. If you're exercising that much (good for you!), you need even more. You're trying to fuel your body like gas fuels a car. The longer/harder you push the car, the more gas you need. If you're breastfeeding, you need EVEN MORE. Tonya can do a complete write up for you if you want, or you can try My Fitness Pal. They give you your needed deficit already calculated in there. Then you'd need to eat most of your exercise cals. Sorry to be preachy, but I've heard this enough. LOL

My only problem is that I struggle with hypothyroid issues.
I am afraid to eat too much in case I have a hard time getting it off again.
I do exercise a lot but its because I hate the way I look and figure the more I exercise the faster it will go away. Also I think that if I cut down on it then I won't want to do it at all.


I have a hard time with food and knowing which foods are good to eat and what isn't. I have been a very picky eater since I was a child so its hard.
Any help would be appreciated.

My motivation has just been gone. Its been teacher appreciation week and oh gosh, there have been goodies every day. I haven't even worked out this week, which is so not like me. Give me some motivation!



Oh - maybe when I measure myself and take a few pictures, I might get the motivation.

I usually do not work out on the weekends. I try to watch what I eat, however.

Ok girls, lets set goals for the week.

I am going to make a goal to get myself measured and pictures by Wednesday.
64oz of water a day.
Work out everyday this week.

I'm here. I got in 50 min of exercise Mon, 105 min Tues, & 85 min today. I bought 8 new shirts in the size I got down to prepregnancy, & I'd like to be able to fit into them when I start teaching summer school on 6/8.
