Just wanted to remind some of the ladies that are getting out of the usual weight gain (like myself) that sometimes during ovulation or our fertile periods we may gain weight. I noticed this last month and then this month i didn't tie the two together (at first) and realized my ovulation period has been during this time frame that i have gained 2 lbs in less than a weekf or no reason or fault of my own.
So if you experience the same and perhaps it's during ovulation...then just relax and keep doing what you're supposed to do, it'll come back off .
This is a great reminder! i was SO upset about a week and a half ago after really being on point with my eating and exercise, and gaining 2lbs. Then, Friday (2 days before AF) I stepped on for the weekly weigh in and voila! I was down the 2lbs I had gained, PLUS 3.2lbs off my initial starting weight! I expect to loose a little bit more once my Aunt leaves town too. I HATE her, evil wench.
My AF starts around the 1st-4th but my fertile periods this onth (according to DH's ipod app) was 14th thru today. And when i looked at my old posts, the same thing happpened. I gained weight and found out i was ovulating...
Yeah i feel better, today 1 day past my most fertile day (according to his application on his app i went from 168.4 and i am 167.8...i started at 166.2 so i still should see some water weight come down...i really want to be 160 when dh comes home since 155 seems too far fetched. But 160 is good cause i look better than when i was 160 when we got married.
