Breakfast- bagel w/ creamcheese and yoplait light yogurt (345 cal)
Snack- apple cinnamon ricecake minis and yoplait light yogurt (160 cal)
Lunch- yoplait light yogurt, apple slices and special k bar (240 cal) another busy day..
Snack- banana (125 cal)
Dinner- cheeseburger w/ no bun (cooked on the grill), corn on the cob, baked beans (about 550 cal)

Breakfast-- Fiber One Frosted Shredded wheat w/ skim milk and a kiwi
Snack-- Luna Nutz Over Chocolate Bar
Lunch-- Lean Hamburger on sandwich thin w/ half a slice of cheese, side salad w/ FF French dressing, cantaloupe
Snack-- Kashi TLC Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookie
Dinner-- Deep Chocolate Vitamuffin, Oikos greek yogurt w/ honey and a nectarine
Snack--
Water-- At least 88 oz.
Exercise-- Outside I did a 30 min. slow jog, 10 min. walk, then 90 sec. intervals of faster running and 2 min. of walking. Altogether I did about 5.5 miles in about 90 min.
Thoughts & Feelings-- I feel really great. My family cooked out for my Mom's birthday and I managed to skip the hot dogs, potato salad, boston butt, and cake and ice cream. I didn't really feel like I deprived myself too much because I liked the food that i was eating. And my workout this morning was awesome. It's the second time I've jogged for 30 minutes outside. And I really liked doing the speedwork - it felt great to run fast, even if it was only for 90 seconds at a time. I wish I had time to do that everyday! Also, I really need to invest in and get fitted for new running shoes.
