breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh strawberries, egg, coffee with creamer, green tea
snack: Low fat string cheese and 17 Special K crackers
lunch: Left over chicken with mixed veggies, half of a toasted thin bun with some of that spray butter
snack: a banana later
water:60 oz so far
exercise: 45 mins on the treadmill at 4 mph at 9% incline, boxed for 15 mins on the Wii
thoughts: I have been STARVING all day, the baby has been nursing more then usual today so I'm guessing that is why.
breakfast: 2 pcs wg cinnamon bread with nutella, fruit/veg juice
snack: coffee with creamer, banana
lunch: pork bbq on wg bun, mashed potatoes and gravy
snack: granola bite, pc cheese
dinner: fajita stuffed chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, skim milk
water: 96 oz
exercise: 50 min BL Power Sculpt, 30 min WATP
