snack: dannon light n fit yogurt
lunch: salad with light balsamic dressing, morningstar chick'n patty, SF pudding
snack: none
dinner: chicken cordon bleu, sweet potatoes, peas
snack: SF fudge pop

water: 64oz
exercise: none

Bfast: coffee w/creamer and special K w/2% milk
Snack: banana
Lunch: salad w/tomatos, red fat cheese, smoked tky breast and red wine vinagrette
Snack: orange & V8 juice
Dinner: tba
Snack: tba

water: 80oz
Excercise: 30 minutes walking on treadmill and 20 minutes on elliptical, planning another 30 minutes WATP video (2 miles)

breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh strawberries, egg, coffee with creamer, green tea
snack: Low fat string cheese and 17 Special K crackers
lunch: Left over chicken with mixed veggies, half of a toasted thin bun with some of that spray butter
snack: a banana later
dinner:
snack:

water:60 oz so far
exercise: 45 mins on the treadmill at 4 mph at 9% incline, boxed for 15 mins on the Wii

thoughts: I have been STARVING all day, the baby has been nursing more then usual today so I'm guessing that is why.

snack: coffee with creamer, banana
lunch: pork bbq on wg bun, mashed potatoes and gravy
snack: granola bite, pc cheese
dinner: fajita stuffed chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, skim milk
snack:

water: 96 oz
exercise: 50 min BL Power Sculpt, 30 min WATP
