I'm home this week, so I get to do my home workouts.

I never plan which ones because I get in moods where I don't want to do what I've planned or I get a new video that I want to try, so I just plan what type of workout I'm going to do.

Tuesday--Cardio, Stretch
Wednesday--Weights, Cardio, Stretch
Thursday--Cardio, Stretch
Friday--Weights, Cardio, Stretch
Saturday--Cardio, Stretch
Sunday--Rest or Stretch
