My BIL is a spin instructor. I'm going to participate in one of his classes tonight. I have no idea what I'm getting myself into. I even bought new workout clothes because I had none with me and no plans on working out these two nights we're in visiting. Wish me luck. I'll report back later.

Oh, I can't STAND spin class. It hurts my bottom and I rarely like the music they play.

I had a blast. I'm sure I'll hurt tomorrow, but I would definitely make it a regular thing if I lived in town and had a gym membership.

Glad you enjoyed it. I love the bike. I've thought about getting spin certified but none of the gyms in this area have the bikes to do a class. Where does your BIL teach?
