breakfast: 2% cheesy scrambled eggs, hashbrowns with organic ketchup, coffee with creamer
snack: none
lunch: lean cheeseburger on whole grain bun with tomato/pickle/mustard/organic ketchup, grilled asparagus, couple of slices grilled potatoes
snack: banana/ww/choc muffin (lowfat), coffee with creamer, 1 oz cheese, 1 tiny bite peanut butter cookie
dinner: country bbq ribs, parmesan green beans with onions and peppers, skim milk, light sauteed banana
snack: apple with Nutella
water: aiming for 96 oz
exercise: 55 minutes Jillian No More Trouble Zones
