I have constant stomach aches, and I need some light exercises to do so that I don't COMPLETELY get out of shape these few weeks!!!!
I used to do at least an hour of hard exercise (The FIRM, Jogging etc.) but I haven't done ANYTHING in over a month now!!!! I want to get back in shape, but I am finding it hard to do with m/s!! I don't want my whole pg to be like this!
I agree with the walking recommendation - I didn't do any major exercising until about 15 weeks because I was soooooooo exhausted/nauseated all the time until about then. I am now back to just walking because it's hard for me to move around to most of the workouts I was doing so faithfully from weeks 15-35!!
Just trust your body and go slowly if you need to!
