Oh my goodness, this is getting tough but I am hanging in there? Is it tough for anyone else? I just finished up week 2 and thankfully they're saying rest two minutes in between, haha. It does seem to really be on target for me (could be a psychological thing though, like I know how many I have to do and therefore could not possibly do even one more). I just thought I'd check in so I know I wasn't alone.
I had to take some time off...I somehow pulled a muscle in my abdomen doing the day 3 challenge. yeah, that's right, I hurt my abdomen doing push-ups! LOL! Apparently I need to strengthen my core from my 4 pregnancies before deliving in again!

Holding yourself in the air is major core work so definitely possible! Sounds painful though! I hope resting made the pain go completely away. No shame in starting over again! Even with what you did do, you're still gaining muscle! I am back in column one for week 3 because there is another exertion test. It's for the best though!
