Have you tried joining a fitness support group? I have one on facebook that has really helped me learn to track calories and keep up with my daily workouts. We post our 'sweaty mugs' each day and discuss our food intake and meal plans, as well as offer support to each other. And I love that it is ladies only!

This is working really well for me as a SAHM trying to save money while my husband is deployed! I couldn't justify spending money for a personal trainer, especially when trying to pay of other debts. You can get into shape all on your own, with or without a gym membership!
