I admit, I'm terrible about using sunblock. So, what type/brand do you recommend? Do you have one that you use daily? What do you use on your face? What about on your kids?

We don't go for a particular brand. I don't use it daily. Just depends on what I'm wearing and how long I'm going to be outside.

I don't use a specific brand either. Everyday I wear a moisturizer with spf on my face. If it's sunny I do a sunblock stick on Kayley. If she's in her bathing suit she gets a full body treatment.

We usually don't use sunblock, actually. We avoid being out in the sun during the middle of the day, avoid long exposure. Actually, the last time the kids got burned was because some "nice" lady at the lake insisted on smearing them with sunblock. The one child that didn't get the treatment, didn't get burned. That's made me suspicious of the stuff, although I suppose that might have been a bad brand or something.

I do need to start using something on my face, though. I've always had a "rosy" complexion, but now I just look perpetually embarrassed.

I only use sunblock if I'm near water on a crazy hot day
The kids have it on outside in the yard and near water-no specific brand but a high spf

I don't stick to a particular brand, but I do like the spray on sunblock. It's just so much easier than the lotion. It runs out faster, but I'm more likely to use it and the kids don't fuss as much with the spray.

I use neutrogena spray for my body and the lotion on my face. I am adamant about using sunblock as I am fair skinned. I hate it dripping in my eyes when I sweat so I usually apply it to my face below the eyes and then wear a hat to protect the top half of my head.

That's a great tip! Simple enough, but I probably would never have thought of it, LOL!
