You do not have to share these numbers! But, do you know your typical blood pressure readings? What about your blood glucose or cholesterol level? Are there any other numbers you keep track of?

I only know my BP because of the pregnancy. I can't remember the numbers but it is always in the optimal range. When I had my glucose test it was 6.5 I think? Which is OK - not great. No idea about my cholesterol.

I always forget to ask what my blood pressure is when I go in to the dr. The nurses always say it is good. And I have no idea about my glucose or cholesterol. (And if it requires drawing blood I will probably chicken out on getting them done unless I have to. I hate needles!)

I have had high blood pressure often enough in the past that my dr has seriously considered putting me on meds... I had been on the shakes 3 weeks and my dr was pleasantly surprised by my drop in blood pressure... I was SUPPOSE to check it weekly at the store or where ever to bring him some numbers BUT I kept forgetting... 3 months later still nothing to show so I still dont know. But I think they are still good because I hear CONSTANTLY from other challengers how the shakes have helped dropped blood pressure!
