For the record, I hate these! Note that they are like Burpees but no jumping (low impact). As soon as it fits with your workout plan... do as many of these as you can. Do them in succession or break them into sets; modify with your hands on a surface (like a sturdy bench or coffee table) if you need to; it doesn't matter. Then come back and brag about how many you did!
