I would highly recommend Chick-Fil-A (this is nothing political, nutrition based ONLY). My husband eats there frequently as he eats out most nights because of work. I was not so sold, I'm not big on chicken stuff in restaurants, but their grilled chicken sandwhich is AMAZING IMO and you can sub out a side salad, yogurt parfait, fresh fruit cup, carrot salad, among other things for a healthy option. My son got the grilled chicken nuggets (grilled chicken breast in nugget size) with a fresh fruit cup (NO EXTRA CHARGE, this was enough to win me over!) and a white milk and LOVED it all. Also, if you turn in the kid's meal toy they will give the child a small soft serve ice cream cone. Anyway, it's a little pricer than say McD's, BUT I ate less food because it was filling, my dinner was under 400 calories for a grilled chicken sandwich on a whole wheat bun with pickles and lettuce and some mustard, and a pretty large side salad with carrots, 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 pieces of broccoli, a little bit of cabbage and a low fat dressing. And the salad was fresh, lettuce wasn't wilted. I don't feel all sluggish either, I'm full, it tasted great, atmosphere was nice (not fast food typical), my almost 11 year old loved them as well. Honestly that was probably the healthiest I've ever eaten in a restaurant much less a fast food place.
So, politics aside, I have to give Chick-Fil-A 2 thumbs up (and if I had more thumbs it'd be more than that LoL).
