Okay yesterday I drank only 3 16oz glass, but that's 6 8oz glasses. When it says drink 8 glasses of water a day is it talking about 8oz glasses or 16oz? Lol, the answer will decide if I'm still in the challenge or not

I believe it's 8 oz. That is what I am working toward!


On Saturday I had 6 or 7 16.9 oz bottles of water (I lost count and I'm not 100% sure which it was). That totals 101.4 or 118.3 oz. out of 64 oz. goal.
