My plan for this week..
Monday: Cross Train or rest (depends on what happens when I get home from work)
Tuesday: run 4 miles
Wednesday: Cross Train
Thursday: 3 tempo miles
Saturday: run 6 miles
Sunday: 45 minutes easy

Monday: run 3.5miles at lunch
Tuesday: yoga for runners
Wednesday: 17 miles (missed this run due to miscarriage) going to try and squeeze it in midweek
Thursday: yoga for running
Saturday: 18 miles
I have not done well with sticking to my exercise plans at all. Looking forward to Kendra going to school and getting into a better scheduled daily routine!
This week is going to be kind of "fly by the seat of my pants" on exercise. It's county fair so we will be in town a lot this week. I'm sure I will get lots of exercise walking to and from all the carnival rides....or should I say chasing kids to and from all the carnival rides. Going to try and avoid as much of the carnival food as I can.
This week I am doing a cardio and weights rotation. I do 30 minutes of cardio each day and then 30 minutes of weights working two body parts a day. I am shooting for 4 days of working out this week. My newborn is still not sleeping that great so somedays I am lacking the energy to workout.
