I'm always up for trying a new recipe. Need to make out my meal plan for the next couple of weeks so will throw something new in there.

I tried something I'd never had before for lunch and now I can't think of what it's called. It was a cold salad made of quinoa (white and black), cucumber, tomato, parsley, mint, and a bit of olive oil and lemon juice. It was really yummy- I'm definitely going to try a homemade version (I got this from the co-op deli) and see if everyone likes it.

I am trying a new weight watchers recipe tonight. it is chicken and vegetables fried rice. I'll let you know if it's any good and I'll post the recipe if it is good!!

I got my meal plans for the next 2 weeks made up and groceries bought today. I am planning on trying a red snapper (fish) recipe on Saturday.
