So what's on everybody's menu today? Anything new? Eating healthy today?

This morning for breakfast I had eggs with whole wheat (which I find that I eat most mornings), lunch was homemade chicken salad (let me know if you like chicken salad and I'll post this recipe - I got it from one of the other mommies doing weight watchers and it is awesome); and for dinner we are having chicken and vegetables fried rice, which is a new recipe I am trying out. Hoping it is good.

I try to eat healthy everyday. The weekends I find are the hardest to eat healthy. My routine is different on the weekends plus DH and I go out to eat and it's hard to eat healthy when we are doing that.

I didn't eat breakfast, but DH and the kids had egg sandwiches on whole wheat english muffins.

Lunch was homemade chicken soup. We stewed bones from Tuesday night's roast chicken in the crockpot, then added quinoa and frozen veggies. Joseph (10) made biscuits from scratch. I think that is one of my favorite meals.

We ended up eating lunch very late so I think we'll do something simple for dinner, sandwiches and salad probably. We don't always eat our "big" meal at lunch, but I like it when we do. So, nothing new, but some favorites. We also have carrot sticks, watermelon, and bananas on hand for snacking.

I had toast with a little cinnamon and sugar for breakfast.

DH and I had to go to town today, so we ate out for lunch. I had a grilled chicken breast and small house salad.

For supper I am making chicken cordon bleu.

For breakfast I had a black bean egg white omelette (1/2 c. black beans, 1/2 c. egg whites, 1 small chopped tomato, fresh cilantro, topped with 1 tbsp. salsa)

For snack I had 1 string cheese and 1 cup of grapes.

For lunch I had 1 cup of nonfat plain Chobani mixed with 1/2 cup strawberries, a tbsp. of chopped almonds, and a few drops of Agave nectar.

For dinner I had 3 oz. grilled tilapia (some Old Bay seasoning on top) and broiled zucchini discs.

I'll top it off with a cup of white tea before bed.

Anymore I pretty much always eat healthy.

I had 1/2 banana, 1 piece of whole wheat toast with a tiny bit of PB on it, and 2 pieces of turkey bacon for b-fast.

1/2 of a PB sandwich and a fresh peach for lunch.

3 oz of greek yogurt for a snack.

1/3 chicken breast with some avocado on top and a salad with a glass of 1% milk for dinner.

Havent' had my evening snack yet.
