Do you give yourself a cheat meal or cheat day every week? What does a cheat meal look like for you?
Or do you cheat everyday..lol.

I will usually give myself atleast one and usually two cheat meals every week. My favorite cheat food is cheese pizza and I love dessert so sometimes I will eat a healthy meal and then have a yummy dessert. Last weekend my cheat dessert was blackberry cobbler with a scoop of vanilla icecream. Ooh makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

I have some type of dessert or treat just about every day. For me, having just one junk-food-ish thing every day is a big improvement over my previous habit!

I will let myself have a small piece of candy any day that I feel like I need a cheat. If I am doing really well on my calories for the day and think I can have something bigger, then I will give myself a better cheat.

I pick one meal a week to make as a "cheat" meal. It's usually Sunday afternoon. I come from a big Italian family and most Sundays we have the traditional pasta dinner with the whole family. I'll have dessert, too, but just a small amount. Because I have eliminated all processed food from my diet over the past six weeks, the cheat meals make me feel yucky afterwards. It's good going down, but boy, do I pay for it later!

I tend to cheat on Friday or Saturday evenings, sometimes both! I do really well on eating and exercise Sunday - Thursday then relax a little on dinner those two nights. I also do a long run on Saturdays so I try to balance it that way.

Oh gosh, no way do I do it everyday or even every week. My cheat meal is if we go out to eat and that's typically once every 3-4 WEEKS. Even at that it is just one meal. NEVER an entire day. To be honest, even a "cheat" meal is still calorie counted and carb counted as if I don't I feel awful the following morning an it's just not worth it.
