Did some core/upper body work and 3 easy miles, followed by a good stretch.

I did a 55 minute circuit workout and tonight I'm going to do 20 minutes of abs!!

I was going to do level 1 of the 30 day shred, but our day in town took longer than expected. I also didn't feel very well yesterday once we got home. Actually still feeling a little icky. Hoping it is just a little 24 hour bug and I will be feeling better by this afternoon.
