Once in a while I'll get motivated for about 2 weeks, when I'll go walking and jogging. Then I'll stop and start again in a month or two. I need a buddy that can call me up every morning to go for a jog.
I love yoga! Mostly astanga yoga, it's very vigorous! It's great for cardio & building strength. I've been doing it for about 4 years now, it's the one activity I can't lose interest in! Classes are very motivating. I even do tapes, if anyone is interested I'd recommend Rodney Yee, Baron Baptiste, & Bryan Kest.
I also love step aerobics & recently have gotten into spinning. Spinning is amazing! A hard core work out! I even got myself a bike off of ebay!!
For me, I've found the easiest way to stick to working out is to wake up early & work out. It's really tough to haul my butt outta bed in the morning, but I find that once my body is used to getting up early, it's like being on auto pilot...by the time I fullly wake up, I've already started working out!!
