I think my plan went down the drain. My DS is sick and being very clingy. He is also teething (and he is a poor teether) which wakes him up in the middle of the night. I've been getting up with him 2-3 times a night lately. So my workout plan is just to try to get something...anything in this week. I also need to catch up on some sleep.

I'm definitely late to the game. Posting my plan on Thursday (or atleast I think that's what day it is..lol)

Monday was a circuit workout
Tuesday was a HIIT/circuit workout.
Wednesday was a rest day
Thursday was another HIIT/circuit workout
Friday will hopefully be a total body weight workout.

I'm big on the circuit workouts this week but I figure if it gets me to workout then let's do what is fun.
