What was the last meal you ate? For lunch I had a ham and cheese sandwich.

What's for dinner tonight? I'm trying a new recipe tonight called macaroni with beef and cheese...Been meaning to try this one 3 other times now, but I always forget that it has to cook for 2 hours.

What was the last meal you ate? B-fast. I had a piece of whole wheat toast with 1 tsp of PB and 1/2 tsp of raw honey on it. 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and a banana.

What's for dinner tonight? Leftovers. I'm going to be having 3oz of a lean center cut pork chop, mixed veggies, and some rice with a glass of 1% milk. My 11 year old will have whatever healthy leftover is in the fridge that he'd prefer.

What was the last meal you ate? Lunch. A chicken sandwhich with some strawberries.

What's for dinner tonight? We're having vegetable soup...I love soup when it's cold out.
