Hi everyone, I have not posted here in a long time. Thought this would be a great place to get some healthy snack ideas. I know light cheeses, nuts, fruit. Any other ideas??

I found this on pinterest and though a lot of the snack ideas sounded yummy. Some of them I thought I would have to double to feel any bit satisfied, but they are all 50 calorie or less snack ideas!

I really like some of those ideas! I do the sugar free fudge pops to get over a chocolate craving...also sugar free russel stover turtles are good for that. The only thing is they use sugar alcohols instead so you have to watch your portions or you will have bad gas

I should really get some of those sugar free fudge pops as chocolate is a craving I have A LOT! I try not to keep much chocolate in the house because I know if I say "I'll have just one to get rid of the craving" then I end up eating a lot more.

Greek yogurt (by itself or you can dip fruit in it), 1/2 avocado with some crackers, healthy granola bars, veggies (either with a low fat sour cream ranch dip or without), fresh fruit by itself or with some PB or yogurt on it.

Personally, I usually go for a piece of fresh fruit, like an apple with some broccoli. It's very filling, gets me through until dinner, and is healthy without adding a bunch of calories.
