It's been frigid here the last 2 days and I've held off on running outside. It was 10 degrees and felt like 0 this morning when I had planned to run. Way too cold for me.

What is the minimum temperature you are willing to workout outside in?

I think mine is at least 25 degrees but even then that's awfully cold and unpleasant!

It would have to be a lot warmer than that for me to work out outside! LOL! The other night it got down to -12.6 degrees and it has only been getting into the 20's....maybe low 30's here too. I'm guessing it would have to be in the 40's before I would workout outside.

I just can't seem to run in really cold weather. 50 degrees or so is about as cold as I go..lol.

I hate the cold! I'll go out as long as it's the mid 30's. If I run...I'll make sure to walk at a good pace first so I can warm up and not injure myself.

For me it depends on the wind. I have run or skied in single-digit temps but then we also have days that are in the 30s with 15mph wind and it feels too cold to run further than a preheated car!

Very true, the wind does factor in whether I go outside or not!
