My "exercising more" resolution got off to a slow start, but is going strong now. I've gotten dishes washed and started the day with a clean sink and counter in the kitchen every day, so doing really well on that one! I've gotten quite a bit of organizing done in my house and lots of projects in the works (actually been a little obsessed with organizing this month), so doing really well on that one. And, I think, I have been more patient with my kids. I think getting 1-2 hours of me time (to workout and maybe scrapbook) is helping with that.

Well...I haven't really been walking because it has been bitterly cold. Slowly but surely I'm starting to organize some things around the house. We haven't missed a day of church yet! I don't remember if I had any other resolutions...but everything is pretty good.

I've set a goal to do body for life for 12 weeks. After that, I will set a new goal, probably still doing body for life. I already eat pretty healthy (most of the time) so I don't want to keep a food journal. I've done it in the past and I think it really helps but now that I'm in a good routine with what I eat, I just don't feel like I need it.

I think I am off to a pretty good start. This is my third week of exercising, which may not seem like a lot, but it's good for me. I never seem to do my workouts consistently so I'm excited about this.

Yep, been counting points and logging everything I eat every single day. Wish I would've lost more, but I've been eating healthy, my blood sugar has been under 100 many mornings during the month, so I can't complain on either front. Hoping the weight starts falling off soon though.

Kelsey, it sounds like you got bit by the Fly Lady.

I've been doing pretty good. Some of my personal goals have had to be put on hold with DH being gone, but I'm ok with that. I'm not on the treadmill every other day like clockwork, but I've managed at least 2 days every week so far. I have slacked the last few days on my food journal...
