How did your exercise go last week? It went great!! I only missed 1 day last week!

What's your plan this week?
Sunday/Tuesday/Friday - Leslie Sansone 5 Day Slim Down - classic walk, legs, speed walk
Monday/Wednesday/Saturday - Leslie Sansone 5 Day Slim Down - classic walk, arms, tummy
Thursday - Leslie Sansone 3 Mega miles with green toning band
Additional abs when I feel like them.

How did your exercise go last week? Totally foiled by the weather since I'm more of a walker! I think I walked only 2 days last week.

What's your plan this week? Hopefully walking everyday! If I get out...I really want to go for a run at least one of those days if not 2. I would love to go for more of a hike at the park...I'm just not sure when considering it's in the single digits right now.

Last week was pretty good. I managed to fit in 4 workouts and my goal was 5 so not so bad.

This week is
Monday: Circuit workout focusing on tabatas with some abs
Tuesday: Bicep and tricep with some abs
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Chest, back and shoulders with some abs.
Friday: Cardio

How did your exercise go last week? Did well. Strength trained 3 days, did cardio for 4. I only planned to do 3 days of cardio but I had a migraine on Sunday and had tried everything to get it away and nothing was working so I decided to do some cardio. It got my blood pumping and it really helped.

What's your plan this week? I plan to strength train 3 days and do cardio 3 days. I want to make some progress on how much I am lifting this week.

How did your exercise go last week? I didn't do to well last week, worked out maybe 3 times

What's your plan this week? I didn't exercise last night, wasn't feeling well. Today I will be gone, but we are roller skating tomorrow and I will for sure workout.

Last week: I only worked out on Tuesday since I was sick the other days
This week: did cardio/weights and yoga yesterday, will repeat same tomorrow, plus I also want to log five extra miles of cardio in between now and next Tuesday on the treadmill at home or at the gym.
