Core work!

Do you work your core regularly? Or do you slack?

If you have a regular routine, please share what you do! If you don't, your challenge is to decide how to incorporate core work into your routines. Update here to let us know how it's going!

I slack on the core work. It is something that I really need to do more regularly though, so this is a great challenge!

Core is my favorite thing to work and my worst body part. After two babies it's still not back to my pre-pregnancy shape and I don't know if it ever will be, but it was totally worth it to have both my precious babies!

I try to work core 4 times a week for between 10 and 20 minutes. My favorite core work to do is called horizontal conditioning which is basically alot of plank work. I feel like it is the best thing to do to get my core back in shape.

I've been really slacking on core work, using pregnancy as an excuse. But, honestly, it's just that I hate planks and that's the best thing for me to do now that I'm not supposed to be flat on my back.

So, I guess I am going to try to alternate planks and standing ab work, so I'm doing something nearly every day. Just need to google some good routines.

My trainer has me doing core at least twice a week, lots of stuff on the yoga and bossu balls, plus I'm doing two yoga classes a week
