I am not a video kind of gal. I've tried them a few times and I really just don't like them. I prefer simple workouts, like do so many reps/sets of this, that, and that exercise or taking a walk for a mile and a mile back. Videos take me forever to learn how to do and I tend to get bored of them. Idk they're just not my thing. But I do think they have some good videos out there and that they would probably work if I would do them.

I prefer videos. It's too hot where I am to really get OUT and doing anything for a lot of the months of the year, so in the house and videos are the best option here. I prefer Rockin' Body by Shawn T(sp?).

Running is usually my exercise of choice, so no video required. I like most of the p90x routines, and I like using a video for yoga, but for weights I'd rather put on music and just do my thing. I have a strong dislike for most aerobics videos- I can usually pick up the routines quickly (a dance background helps there, I'm sure, even though it has been decades.) but they usually require a lot more space than I have to move comfortably.

I love videos! I definitely have more motivation to do a workout if I can follow along instead of having to come up with my own stuff.

I like videos but at the moment finding a place to do them is hard.

I like 30 Day Shred, Hip Hop Abs & Core Rhythms
