Goals for this month: At the moment I have no major goals. Just want to start eating right again. Had a bad 2 weeks with splurging.

My goal for February is to get on treadmill at least three times a week, do cross training at least twice a week, and do ab work three times or more per week.

Goals for this month: I'd like to work out at least 5 times a week, complete my food journal every day, and to work on my schedule so that I can get some scrapbooking time worked in.

Goals for this month: Work out 2 or 3 times a week, and I'd like to lose a couple of lbs. I's also like to eat better. I just snacked on crackers and cheese, now I'm too full.... I'm a work in progress

My goals are: 1-train cardio/weights twice a week, yoga twice a week, plus one cardio hour a week.
Log 40 miles this month

Goals: To get my motivation back. It's severely lacking right now and I have a marathon I'm supposed to be training for. I hope to get a run in 3 times a week with one long run in there a week. I hope to be up to 15 miles by the end of the month.
