Yesterday I took a rest day. I had worked out for about 8 days straight so I was due a rest day anyway. But, today I really want to get my strength training in and I feel lousy. Last night I took some nyquil and went to bed around 8. Didn't get up till after 10am this morning. I'm trying to pull it together, have JM stuff I have to get done, but getting that extra energy to workout is gonna be tough. I don't want to take the day off though, so unless I just CAN'T do it, I'm gonna muddle through today's workout. Not sure when I'll do it though.

Aww, that stinks. Sometimes it really is in your body's best interest to take it easy, even if you don't take off completely...

Sorry your not feeling well. I always take time off when I'm sick to let my body recover.

Well I don't know if I did the right thing or not. I worked out today and feel pretty good about it. I did take yesterday off and I slept late this morning. I'll probably relax tonight.

I hope you start feeling better. I had a bad cold all week and decided to rest, mainly because I can't really take anything since I'm pregnant.
