I did really well last week. I did miss 2 days (the 7th and the 9th) but worked out all the other days!

I'm hoping to get in 1-3 miles (from a Leslie Sansone dvd) every day this week if I can. May have to take it easy on the legs yet as my knee is still hurting, but going to do something.

All things considered I think last week went well. I missed two days because I was sick. First I had some type of miserable cold/fever, and then I had a horrible toothache from an abscessed tooth. I've been on penicillin and vicodin all week and have a root canal scheduled for Thursday. I'm hoping that doesn't slow me down this week. I managed to get 3 strength training days and 2 cardio days in. I am not even sure how. LOL.

This week's plan is the same, 3 strength training days with 3 cardio days. That is my goal anyway.
