What are some things that you are weak on that could keep you from reaching your goals if you don't keep them in check?

My weakness is patience. That's probably my biggest. I give up before I get to my goal because I am too impatient to stick it through. I also have a hard time with self-discipline in general. I am trying to work on that.

I would say my weaknesses are snacking and procrastinating. I have to really watch what I snack on and how much. If I don't then I end up getting too many calories for the day. Procrastinating is probably worse though. If I procrastinate too much then I don't get my workout in at all.

Oh yes, procrastination. I most definitely have that problem. I try to get my workout started by 2pm because otherwise I will procrastinate until I am so tired and don't have time to do it.

biggest weakness is probably eating for reasons other than hunger. I never thought I was an emotional eater, because I'm not "depressed". But I'm realizing more and more that I eat when I'm bored and also when I'm upset.

Mine is eating when I am bored as well. I also am bad with procrastination. I don't like super late work outs, but I tend to slack off more then I should I don't feel so motivated and just want to go to bed.
