and do you care about flexibility? Is this something you're working on improving?

I kind of forgot that I cared about this but I've been putting an effort into stretching every day. I used to be able to place my hands flat on the ground when I would touch my toes and I'd like to be able to do it again. Right now I can only touch my toes but I'm sure if I keep working on this I'll get better.

Not very flexible and don't care that much. I hate stretching and don't do it like I should. If I'm sore I will stretch after a workout but other than that I don't do it that often.

I've always been fairly to very flexible, depending on how much I'm adding stretching to my routine. Even when I was a kid in ballet, it was fun to show off. LOL!

I'm working really hard at getting my flexibility back. It's one of the things I let go when i stopped teaching dance and I really miss it! I've still got a long way to go to get back to where I was, but my flexibility has improved A LOT since I started stretching after my workouts!

Flexibility is pretty important to me, maybe because I did gymnastics as a kid so I was really flexible then and miss it.

I'm pretty flexible for the most part.....sometimes I have bad arthritis days and am very stiff....getting old is no fun.

I've never been flexible, always had really tight quads and lower back. But since I've been doing 2-3 yoga classes a week for the past month, I'm crazy flexible-so much easier to get off the floor now when playing with kids, I've been feeling my nearly 40 age lol
