My right arm is definitely stronger than my left arm. When I do bicep curls I can use a heavier weight on my right arm than my left. I usually have to have my dh spot/help me with my left arm, using the same weight I can lift with my right arm. Do you think this is just the way it is because I'm right handed? I was thinking about doing an extra set of reps on my left arm to help strengthen it but I don't know if that's silly. Any ideas for getting the left arm to be stronger, or should I stop worrying about it?

Same here. I'm right handed and my right arm is definitely stronger than my left. I will sometimes put my right hand on my left wrist to help me lift a heavier weight on my left. I wouldn't worry about it. I can't tell that my right arm is stronger by looking at it so I don't worry about it.

You make me feel better. I do the same thing. I just feel like they should be equal, but you're right you can't tell by looking.

I'm right handed but my left bicep is stronger. I think because when I'm carrying firewood, groceries, babies, etc.. I'm usually carrying on the left side. They measure the same though, so I haven't done anything to change my workout, I just do the same reps on the left as on the right.

I haven't really noticed, but I haven't lifted weights in a long time. Like Jennifer, I am right handed but carry things with my left hand/arm. So I think they kind of equal each other out. One thing we were told to do in college was to alternate the side that we started things on. I remember learning something about if you start with the same side every time it can become stronger than the other side. I can't remember the reasoning behind it though.
