How did your training go last week? Not near as well as I hoped. A busy schedule and a tiny bit of procrastination got the best of me last week.

What's your plan this week? To get in as many days as I can. It is a super busy week for me this week. We are in the middle of calving season (150 plus cows having their babies in the span of about 2 1/2 months) and DH is gone until Wednesday afternoon. Then Wednesday night we are supposed to have a storm move in. It is also supposed to be cold tomorrow night, which will make for a lot of middle of the night checks. Luckily we have a farmhand that is helping out by taking night checks and helping me when I need it during the day. To top it off, Josh is sick.

How did your training go last week? Last week was more of a cool down week for me, I did work out a few times I just didn't push it because mid week I got sick with a stomach bug.

What's your plan this week? Yesterday I went roller skating for 3 hours, today is my break day. The rest of the week will pretty much be Eliptical and weights.

It went well last week, only did one yoga class and two work outs. Diet was terrible.

This week: training Tuesday plus two yoga classes

Last week I actually got to go running one day. I fit in a couple walks too. It was counteracted by Valentine's Day chocolates and birthday cupcakes for the little one. It's a good thing I got some exercise in!

This week is a bust. Too cold to do any walking or running.

How did your training go last week? I met all my goals last week. I'm pleased with how I did anyway.

What's your plan this week? My plan is to do 3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio. So far I've done 1 cardio and 2 strength training. I have had a migraine for going on 3 days now and that is really affecting my workout. I'm just kind of muddling through.
