Once upon a time I had no scale because I tend to get preoccupied with my weight. I had issues with an eating disorder and so I stopped weighing myself for a long time because of that. I think I have a good body image now, but I still like to weigh myself every day. The scale has gone up and down and up and down over the last month or so but I haven't really gained or lost.

I weigh every morning too. I tried to ditch my scale once and my weight ballooned! This way I can get a grasp at any changes I may need to make.

Every morning here too. I like to weigh myself everyday so I can adjust my eating habit for that day if the scale has gone up. It helps keep my eating in check.

That's kind of why I do it. I am fairly thin but a few months back I gained 10 lbs in a matter of no time. I didn't really realize it until I couldn't zip up some of my jeans. So, now I like to keep tabs on my weight but I'm not obsessed with it like I used to be.

I weigh myself every few weeks. If I feel my pants getting a little too snug then I just watch what I eat a little closer. If I'm trying to lose weight and I weigh myself every few weeks then I see a bigger difference.

I weigh once a week to track my weight loss/weight gain. Daily really isn't a good test because anything can make it go up or down daily...more or less to drink, hormone fluctuations, weight retention, you name it. Typically you won't see the weight gain of a bad meal/over eating for at least a week.

I weigh once a week to see how much I am gaining throughout this pregnancy, before that I barely ever weighed myself though tbh.
