Last Week's Weight: 134.2
This Week's Weight: 132.8

Total Lost: 6.8 pounds
Thoughts/Feelings: Feeling much better this week! Last weeks weigh in had to of been pre AF water retention or something as I stayed at 134.something for 2 days and then dropped right back down to where I was.

Starting Weight: 185 (this pregnancy)

Last Week's Weight: 195.6
This Week's Weight: 196.2

Total Lost: gain 11.2 lbs
Thoughts/Feelings: I'm already mentally preparing myself to see the 200's on the scale again. But I know I am taking good care of myself, and my body is putting on only what weight I need to in order to have a healthy start for Baby. So I can't be vain about it.

This Week's Weight: 137.8

Total Lost: 3.5
Thoughts/Feelings: i'm happy with a 1lb a week weight loss. i think 2.5lbs was too much for my milk! my milk began to bounce back when i increased to the EBF points on WW and upped my fluids.

Starting weight: I'm assuming starting weight at beginning of diet. 218? (Not sure what the exact number was as that was a year ago.
Last week's: 205
This week's: 204

Thoughts/feelings: Feeling pretty good about it, but I still have a long way to go. My next goal is my last weight pre pregnancy. I can lose about 2.5 pounds a week pretty easily, even while maintaining enough milk for my 15 month old's nightly comfort feedings. This is the first time I've managed to stick it out for more than a few pounds.

In loving memory of our angel baby, with us for 4 weeks. Baby went to be with God July 24th, 2009.
