How long have you been consistently working out?

Dh and I have been working out together and having him workout with me has really helped. This is the first time in years that I've been consistent with my workout routine. This is our 8th week. I feel really good about it, but in the back of my head I keep thinking how long can I stick with it. I just push that out though and try to take it one day at a time, one workout at a time, and sometimes one rep or one minute at a time.

I have been consistently working out since I got out of school which was in 2001. I did work out while in school but not consistently. They only time I really took some serious time off was at the end of my last pregnancy. I was put on bed rest at 33 weeks so I didn't workout for the rest of my pregnancy through the first 6 weeks of Jacob's life so I took off about 3 months which is the longest period of time I have not worked out since 2001.

consistently since after Mary was born, so probably October-ish 2007, with occasional off weeks because of m/s or giving birth.

I've managed to get 3 or so workouts a week in since about January 15th this year.
