Total Lost: 6.8 pounds
Thoughts/Feelings: I think my leg and ab muscles are in recovery mode after the workout I did Wednesday. I was down in the 131's at the beginning of the week and then after that workout it went back up. Boy was I sore yesterday....but did a 5 mile walk anyway. Still a bit sore today. Not worrying about the weight though.

Thoughts/Feelings: this was my frist week increasing to the higher breast feeding weight watchers points and i still lost a pound. i feel good about this because i felt satisfied with those points at the end of the day and before i was soooo hungry. this could work!

Thoughts/Feelings: Well I am maintaining and that's my goal. I ate out twice yesterday alone so I am pretty happy lol. I am eating out all day tomorrow too but we are going to the zoo so hopefully the walking counteracts the food.
