When it comes to your fitness or diet do you set specific goals?
Right now my goals aren't really that specific. I have a goal to workout for 12 weeks and then I am going to make new 12 week goals. I think my next set of goals I will be a little more specific about what I'd like to accomplish. I still need to think about it and what I want to do. But, I plan to set more specific goals going forward.

Not really. My only specific goal is to get my tummy a bit tighter. Other than my tummy, I'm pretty happy with the rest of my body. It's really hard to get it tight after those sweet babies stretch it out.
the other goal I have weekly is to workout Monday through Friday however I rarely attain that goal..lol.
