do you feel like you need to sweat to get a good work out? do you feel like your work out was better or more efficient if you sweat while/after doing it?

I totally feel this way. But I sweat easily and a lot, so I'd have to be working really half-assed to not break a sweat.

I don't really feel like you have to sweat. I don't always sweat with my strength training and today I didn't sweat that much with my cardio and normally I'm dripping in it. I think my conditioning is getting better so it's not as hard for me so I'm not sweating as much. On the other hand, I think I need to step it up now and bring back the sweat. LOL. I don't sweat that easily so when I do get really sweaty I know I've worked hard.

This was my answer to the other sweat question I do feel this way, although I know it isn't always the case.

Not always. I never used to sweat while I was dancing and still got one heck of a workout.....but, I do "feel" like it's a better workout if I sweat. Hope that makes sense. LOL!
