do you like to work your upper body, abs, or lower body best.

I would probably say upper body. The other two are hard for me.

Definitely abs, then lower body then upper body. I like upper body the least. The only upper part I like are the biceps.

So funny how everyone is different. I like arms best but I really don't like working my biceps. I just do it cause it needs to be done.

Lately I dislike them all equally, LOL! I've fallen out of love with strength training.. temporarily at least.
