Anybody do anything different/fun for this day?

We don't do much. I'm making corned beef and cabbage (the one day a year I use my crockpot LoL) for our dinner tonight, and maybe a green milkshake for dessert for the kid or something, but that's about it for us.

Well, I did fix corned beef for the kids, but I'm not eating red meat right now so I had chicken. And no green beer for me this year either. We usually try to do something to honor St. Patrick (the actual saint, not the American quasi-holiday) even if it is just read a story about his life.

We had a little party on Saturday night. Just a few friends. I planned to stay up till midnight for St. Paddy's day but I went to bed. LOL.
