Um, sounds lame but trying to eat enough calories. I can eat enough if I eat junk but trying to add healthy calories is really a struggle for me. I am going to try to sit down and make a meal plan today because I think that will be the best way for me to do this.
My biggest challenge right now is craving sugar. I'll have a wonderfully healthful, balanced meal and then all I can think about is wishing I had a soda or a Little Debbie or ANYTHING. So sad I actually thought yesterday about eating a spoon of brown sugar right out of the bag, LOL!
So I'm going to try to eat a piece of fruit after meals or when I'm feeling like eating sugar. The hard thing there will be keeping fruit in the house and not letting the children eat it all!
