Do you find your Monday workout is harder for you? Do you workout on the weekends?

In some ways I love my Monday workouts because it's the start of a new week and I know I've made it another week, but Mondays in general suck for me. LOL. Also, because I usually don't do any strength training on the weekends by the time Monday comes I've had two days off and it just seems so much harder.

I work out on weekends so Monday's don't really bother me. Neither DH or I have "9-5 jobs" it's more 24/7 with the farming and ranching, so our days pretty well run into each other which helps out with Monday's too.

Usually I have more motivation at the beginning of the week than at the end.

Same as Jennifer. I have much more motivation on Monday than on Friday and I always workout on Monday where I don't always make my workout on Friday. I never workout on the weekends as that is my time to spend with my kids and DH.

I work out on the weekends too, so Mondays aren't really anything different for me

i make it a point to work out on the weekend now because my husband is home and can hang out with LO if i want to work out longer (when little one isn't napping).
