If you feel energized, did you always feel like this with exercise?

I usually feel exhausted after I workout. Mostly with my strength training workouts but also with my cardio. I've read that if you're doing things right that's to be expected, so I think it's normal, but I don't know.

Usually I feel energized and then exhausted and then energized again. Really it just depends, sometimes I finish feeling so wiped out I almost can't finish out the day. I guess that's ok on occasion but usually I try not to overdo it.

Sometimes exhausted, but usually energized.

In the mornings, I do Hatha Yoga (from 60 - 90 minutes) and I feel energized after yoga. When I do strength training or cardio such as Zumba and power Walking, I feel exhausted.

definitely energized. I workout first thing in the morning and find that I have lots more energy on days that I workout than on days where I skip my workout.

If I workout in the morning or afternoon, I'm usually energized, but if I work out in the evening I usually get tired.
