This week how many of your workouts do you feel like you really pushed yourself on?

I did some reading on strength training and decided to start really pushing myself on my heaviest set of reps. Normally I do 6 reps for my heaviest weight but this time I decided to do as many as I could and really pushed myself to do them until I couldn't do one more. I was surprised at how many I could do 10 on, even though I had only been doing 6. I think I am going to up my heavy weight to a higher weight on Friday so that 6 is as many as I can do again or maybe I won't even be able to do 6.

So to answer my question this week I would say I REALLY pushed myself with just one workout.

Lifting heavy will really help you tone.

I'm getting to the point where giving my workouts a moderate effort is pushing it. I can feel the joints in my pelvis planning a mutiny!

I really pushed my workout yesterday, I used heavier dumbells in a normally easy workout video, and I'm actually really sore today!

Once a week this month on the long runs. Especially last Friday. On my long run, it was all I could do to keep my legs moving, but I just wanted to be done, and after so many miles, it hurts more to stop.
